- We meet with you to review your (and/or your firm’s or
organization’s) niche, background, education, experience, talents, accomplishments, awards and history.
- We develop the storyline for creation of your personalized
audio or video presentation.
- We review the storyline with you for your
approval.
- We develop the script (based on your approved storyline).
- We review the script with you for your approval.
- We may interview potential testimonial givers that you or your
firm may have been of service to over the years.
- For Audio Only: We take professional photographs in
various settings.
- For Still Imagery and Full Video Only: We photographs or
videotape agreed-to scenes in various settings (including testimonial
givers). We secure additional photos, images, certificates &
awards and digitally photograph/scan them.
- Video Only: Based on the approved script, we arrange settings
(usually at your office or other similar location), secure actors
(at our expense) and videotape with high definition video recording
equipment.
- We create the CD/DVD cover (to include photograph, contact
information, website information, etc.).
- Optional: Jacket with full color photo and design
(to accompany Digital Business Cards).
- After completed photos and/or recordings, we transfer
scanned images, photos and video data onto computer.
- We edit this material into a seamless presentation using
state-of-the-art software.
- We review this presentation with you.
- Upon your approval, we will then add certain effects,
slow-motion elements, perhaps music, ‘rendered’, etc.
- The audio/video presentation is then ready for your final review.
- Upon your final approval, the completed data is transferred onto the master CD/DVD.
NOTE: At this stage, you have full rights to duplicate your own CD/DVDs. Or, should you wish, you can
order your CD/DVDs from Digital Business Cards USA. Your order will include a full-color cover (burned into media)
and sleeve. Should you wish, a full-color jacket can accompany your CD/DVD. Ask for our price list on these amenities.
Media Length:. In most instances, a simple one to two minute presentation will suffice in sharing why you, your company or organization
should be chosen by those considering your business. This presentation can easily be converted to an uploadable file that
can be placed on your website and viewed with the click of a mouse.
For more lengthy video presentations, a 5 to 7 minute time frame is often chosen. To retain the attention and interest
of the viewer, we maintain that there be a wide range of images, textual variety, and audio accompaniment. Otherwise, the viewer
can lose interest in a very rapid time frame and all your good intentions can be for naught.
There are three different productions to choose from:
- The first production is a Pure Audio recording.
- The second production is a Still Imagery production. This would encompass still photos to be part of an audio presentation.
- The third production is a Video production. Though 'primarily' a Video production, this production is also interspersed with
various Still Imagery, including still photos and stock photos (at the producer’s discretion).
