We can also integrate your existing print media campaign with the website and multi-media productions to create a unified look and feel to your company image.
The website we build for you will be custom designed to suit your specific needs. We will incorporate your existing logos, color schemes and design styles to make a site that instantly reflects your company's identity or we will help create your personal identity if one has not already been established.
Basic Site - $99 Down + $99 Per Month for 12 Months.
- Hosting Service: This is the “home” of your website. This is where your website “resides” and your business content is loaded/unloaded.
- Domain Name: We perform research and find you the best possible domain name for your business.
- Up to 5 Pages of Content: You can choose pages such as Home, Services, Testimonials, Menu, Contact Us, Services, About Us, Frequently Asked Questions, Company Information, Careers, Inventory, Financing, Location/Hours, Specials, etc.
- Carefully Crafted Content: We work with you, line-by-line and page-by-page to describe every aspect of your business in your new website.
- A Contact Link: This allows the viewer to click a link and be brought to their email program (such as Microsoft Outlook, etc.). They can then contact you via email.
- Up to 10 Photos For Use On The Website: We come right to your business and take the high quality digital photos of you, your business, your customers/clients, etc. These photos are then incorporated into the pages of your website.
- Up to 6 Hours Per Year of Editing Services: This includes minor modifications to your website such as changes in contact information, general information, FAQs, etc.
- Starting After 12th Month: Your maintenance package begins. This includes the fees for your website being hosted, your domain name being retained, and up to 6 hours per year of editing services. This maintenance package can be paid in a number of ways: $249 annually / $75 quarterly / $25 monthly.
Al a Carte / Other Services You Might Want To Consider...
Along with your basic plan, you can “pick and choose” items to be added to your website. For example:
- A Video of 1 to 3 Minutes Long: This video can contain testimonials or even a description of products or services by manager/owner.
- This can be a great way to establish “relationship marketing” for your business.
- We help develop the script with you.
- We professionally record this presentation in digital format.
- We edit this recording and review it with you for your approval.
- Upon your approval, we convert this recording it into AVI format.
- We then ‘compress’ this recording and uploaded it to your website for easy viewing.
- Note: Each video recording will be billed at $250.
- Add Additional Pages Added To Your Website: The ‘sky is the limit’ as to additional data you can add. Each page will be billed at $99. This includes any photos necessary for accompanying your new pages.
- Coupons: Here’s how the Coupon program works:
- If you have a current coupon, we can incorporate this into your website.
- As coupons usually are “date sensitive”, we receive either emails or phone calls from you with specials being added, items on sale, buy-one-get-one-free offers, special time-frame discounts, etc. We alter the document(s), convert it to non-modifiable PDF, and upload it to your website.
- This coupon can be modified on an annual, quarterly, seasonally, or monthly basis. You come up with the ideas, we modify existing coupon format (changing items offered, dates, prices, etc.). No printing, envelopes, and postage costs. Your customer base loves the deals and prints them out on their own printer.
- Costs: A. If you need us to develop a coupon (with logo, photo, text, etc.), there is a one-time $99 charge. B. There is a $15 per access fee for modifying the coupons, converting to PDF and uploading. Thus, for example, if your coupon is changed quarterly, you will be billed $15 for the coupon modification on a quarterly basis.
- Email Marketing Campaign: Here is how DBCUSA’s email marketing program works:
- You receive guidance in securing email addresses (such as clients/customers/patrons filling out slips of paper and entering their information).
- You provide DBCUSA these email addresses.
- DBCUSA adds these email addresses to a database and maintains this database for you.
- We work closely with you in developing monthly messages and/or coupons to offer to each email recipient. We manage the “opt-out” feature of the email lists (to stay in compliance with federal law).
- Due to the time intensive nature of this process, there is a $99 per month fee for managing email marketing aspect of your business.
- Search Engine Optimization: This is a great way to get people to find your website among the millions out there.
- We work with a company that specializes in optimizing your company’s presence on the web. Sometimes it can take a few months before your company comes up on the first few entries (or even first page)! However, we get ‘the ball rolling’ toward that end.
- This procedure entails modifying searchable/findable keywords on your website that corresponds to common search words that potential clients/customers would enter into a search engine.
- There is a $250 fee for this service.
